Will humanity at the end of the 21st century be living in the Garden of Eden or in a contaminated landscape of ruins? Both are conceivable and possible. Our hope lies in the fact that we can still influence the direction. Helpful in this regard is leaving the molehill behind, a global and historically broad perspective \u2013 at least on the last 5,000 years, the last 250, and the next 100 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the foreword, this volume features a summary of the matrix materials across 20 thematic focal points. Whilst the 7 volumes of materials primarily present the eras of labour in their specificity, this summary aims to connect the broad historical view more strongly with the perspectives of the next 100 years. However, the core focus here too remains on the accurate synthesis of empirical data from the various research fields of archaeology, anthropology, economics, history and the social sciences \u2013 particularly regarding the unifying thread of the development of productivity.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
