The IGZA team is made up of experts from various disciplines. The staff, fellows, doctoral students, student assistants and interns come from the disciplines of history, economics, political economy, sociology, statistics and archaeology.
Prof Dr Ute Götzen
Fellow
Ute Götzen studied business administration at the Universities of Münster and Mannheim, specialising in human resources management. She has worked in this field since the beginning of her career, alternating between management positions at companies (ThyssenKrupp and Volkswagen) and as a professor in teaching (HTW Dresden) and research. For many years, she has also been involved in the themes of the representation of labour in photography and literature, museums of labour and industrial culture.
